Be Heard Supported Respected

Ascendurance offers personalised counselling for adults and couples seeking meaningful change, emotional wellbeing, and genuine, compassionate support as they navigate life’s challenges.

You Don’t Have to Navigate Change Alone

Support for your unique path

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you are facing stress, anxiety, burnout, health concerns, addiction challenges, caregiving responsibilities, disability-related stress, relationship difficulties, or the ongoing impact of neurodiversity. You do not have to face these challenges alone.

At Ascendurance, Christine Drewett provides warm, professional counselling that is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. She draws on evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches, always with a focus on what feels right for you.

Sessions are currently available in person, via telehealth, by phone, through walk’n’talk counselling, and as NDIS-related home visit support for self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Ascendurance Supports

Whatever has brought you here, Ascendurance Counselling can help you make sense of your experiences and take practical steps toward meaningful change.

Anxiety & Burnout

Major Life Changes

Addiction & Recovery

Navigating daily stress, panic, overwhelming anxiety, or systemic burnout that affects your energy, routine, and personal emotional wellbeing.

Processing major life transitions, career shifts, relationship evolutions, caregiving responsibilities, or unexpected personal upheaval.

Seeking non-judgmental, grounded support with alcohol dependency, substance use, gambling, hoarding, or unwanted addictive patterns.

Neurodiversity Support

Executive Function

Chronic Health Concerns

Exploring neurodivergent traits, adjusting to a late adult diagnosis, or seeking affirmation for your unique neurotype and identity.

Managing daily sensory demands, executive-function friction, unmasking challenges, and preventing neurodivergent exhaustion.

Living with chronic illness, persistent physical symptoms, or long-term health constraints while maintaining emotional balance.

Healing is learning to host all parts of yourself with courage.

Ascendurance is dedicated to supporting adults and couples as they work towards meaningful change, healing, recovery, and greater wellbeing. Christine offers a calm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you are welcome to share your story, explore what is happening in your life, and develop practical coping skills. Her person-centred, compassionate, and neurodiversity-affirming approach is grounded in both professional knowledge and lived experience.

At Ascendurance, growth is understood as a journey rather than a destination. Healing and recovery can bring both progress and challenges, and every step you take matters. Counselling provides space to embrace your whole self, explore new possibilities, cultivate what matters to you, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
